Comparing the statistics for Lorton Station homes sold in 2011 vs. 2010, we see that the number of homes sold differ by a total of 7, with the majority of homes sold in 2011.  Based on the number of homes sold in 2011 vs. 2010, home sales in Lorton Station have increased by nearly 44%.  
In evaluating home price statistics for homes sold in 2011 vs. 2010, we see that the minimum price point for homes sold in 2011 is $256,000 compared to $188,000 in 2010.  The maximum price point for homes sold in 2011 is $602,000 compared to $502,000 in 2010.  Although the features and amenities of these homes differ, the variation in price tends to indicate a slight increase in home prices from 2010 to 2011.
